Course is being developed by Russell Akers, its sole owner. This notice covers the informational website and email inquiries. The athlete app is in development and is not accepting account registrations or wearable connections through this website.

Visiting this website

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical request information, which can include IP address, browser information and requested pages, to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its handling of information.

These pages contain no advertising, analytics scripts, signup forms or athlete-data uploads. Course does not set application cookies on these pages. Hosting and security services may process information required to operate the site.

Contacting Course

If you email Course, Russell receives your email address, message and any information you choose to include. Google Workspace processes this correspondence so Course can respond to inquiries and privacy requests. Please do not send passwords, access tokens or detailed health records.

Routine inquiries are deleted within 12 months of resolution unless an ongoing request or legal obligation requires longer retention. Provider backups and security records may follow separate retention schedules.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete information you supplied by emailing [email protected]. Course may need to verify that the request comes from you. Requests will be handled subject to applicable legal requirements.

Course does not sell personal information or use athlete health or calendar data for advertising.

The app under development

Course is intended to coordinate goals, training, recovery and authorized life context across wearable providers. Garmin access and live integration are not yet approved or complete. Production app hosting, storage, analytics and AI providers remain undecided.

Before collecting beta athlete data, Course will publish a service-specific notice describing the actual data collected, processors, permissions, retention and available account controls. This website notice does not represent those app capabilities as ready.
